The okra is long and fat and have thick walls. My wife cooked it with sambal belacan and every bite is just heavenly ......... full of bite, crunchy yet tender with full of mouth watering sweetness. Enjoy the photos below ........ yum!! yum!!
The "kai-lan" is just as great and it was stir fried with ginger and garlic.....yummy!!yum!!yum!!
The brassica or "chai sim" in Hokkien cooked with noodles and wah lau eh!!! just fantastic .......... gave some to my mum too!! just the veggie.
